Terms of Use

The ground rules for this website, in plain words. The short version is right below.

Effective October 23, 2026

The short version

Prices here are estimates. The calculator and any quote we send are based on what you tell us. Your price is set in the written agreement you sign after we see the house.

Your agreement covers the job. Warranty, scheduling and payment live in the agreement you sign, not on this page.

Use the site, don’t misuse it. Browse, price your home, ask for a quote. Please don’t copy our photos or try to break the site.

1. Using this site

You’re welcome to browse brightlylighting.com, use the cost calculator and ask us for a quote. In return, please don’t misuse the site: no scraping it, flooding our forms, sending us someone else’s details, or trying to break in or knock it over.

We may change, pause or take down any part of the site at any time.

2. Quotes and the cost calculator are estimates

Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Your price is set in the written agreement you sign after we see your home.

The cost calculator gives a range from the size, rooflines and light type you pick. A quote we send by email or text is based on what you told us and what we can see from the street. Both are estimates. The real number depends on the actual footage, roof access and the system you choose, which we confirm in person.

3. Photos and content

The photos in our gallery are real installs, but your home, roofline and colors will look different.

The text, photos and the Brightly name on this site belong to Brightly Home, a registered DBA of Brady Ward Enterprises. Please ask before copying them.

4. Calls, texts and emails

When you ask for a quote and tick the consent box, we call, text or email you about it. How that works, how often, and how to make it stop (reply STOP) is all in our Privacy Policy.

5. Warranty and installation

When this site mentions our warranty (for example, a lifetime warranty on select packages), it’s describing what we offer. The exact warranty, install schedule and payment terms for your home are the ones written in the agreement you sign.

6. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
